Refund and Return Policy (Strictly No Exchange Policy)

First of all, if you are here to consider refund or return, this means you have purchased a product from us and Taste and See would want to thank you for that. It's a great joy for us to deliver happiness and nothing but the best innovated homemade specialties to you and together with this goal to provide satisfaction on your experience with us, here are some things you might want to know when we both experience unforeseen events.

  • You may cancel your orders anytime as long as you haven't paid yet
  • If you have already made your payment, we allow up to 60% refund. Please bear in mind that every completed order has payment transaction fees and production fees.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know at once, do not open if you wish to return and send a photo of the package and products to be sent to info@tasteandsee.com.ph. A representative will call you upon review and a replacement will be sent to you.

SUBJECT FOR REPLACEMENT
  1. Photo or proof of damaged products will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Team.
  2. Taste and See must be informed immediately within 2 days of receiving the product.
  3. Order number must be included in your e-mail.
