- Boil 500g longganisa with half cup of water for 5-7 mins in low heat. Prick longganisa skin with a toothpick or fork to avoid shrinking or bursting.
- Once water has dried out, let it fry on its own oil/juice until skin is crispy.
- Enjoy! Best served when hot, partnered with rice and your favorite vinegar.
